In my case, I have 5 unfinished projects, but I can’t do anything with the sketches because I need a story based excuse to publish it, or else, I won’t feel like doing anything

Yeah, that's most likely the case. I have several profiles on different sites that I juggle between so it's hard to keep track of stuff.
